• Cancellations & No-Shows

    If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule with a notice of at least 24 hours. Because this time in the schedule is held specifically for you, if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged up to the full rate of the session.

  • Payments

    Cash, check, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards and all major credit cards are accepted forms of payment for services. Using the patient portal (Simple Practice), clients are able to pay for services electronically. If you are using insurance, please communicate this at the time of intake so your insurance provider can be billed.

  • Appointment Requests

    To schedule an initial appointment, you may call 616.217.9941 or email jessica@blueanchorbehavioralhealth.com. If you are an established client and wish to request an appointment time, you may log into the client portal on Simple Practice to view the calendar for available times/dates.
